This directory is the final export of the beads issue tracker at its deprecation, taken from the last dolt commit on 2026-07-04. The tracker is retired; no live data exists beyond this snapshot.

Contents

• issues.jsonl — one JSON object per issue, 80 issues in total.
• interactions.jsonl — field-change and comment events, 74 records.
• config.yaml — the bd configuration, including the sync endpoint.
• metadata.json — dolt backend metadata (database HCWS).

Querying issues

Issue data lives in issues.jsonl as JSON Lines and is queryable with jq.

List open issues with id and title:

Show a single issue in full:

List the open children of one epic via the dependency links:

History

The full dolt history of the tracker remains on the git remote under refs/dolt/data. config.yaml records the sync endpoint used at deprecation (sync.remote).

Migration and frozen issues

Active issues from the epics HCWS-jja and HCWS-blo were migrated to openspec changes:

All remaining open issues are frozen here until picked up. To resume one, open a new openspec change and reference its HCWS identifier in the proposal.

Legacy HCWS-* identifiers are frozen historical labels, not live IDs.
